Under the Ontario Fire Code, it is the owner’s responsibility to have the building in compliance with applicable Code and Standards at all times. By taking a pro active approach to fire prevention, allows owners to have a complete understanding of what is expected of them when it come to fire safety within their building which will keep owners free from contravention and/or violations with the Ontario Fire Code as well as reducing the risk of a fire occurring within your building.
