ATTENTION ALL SUDBURY AND OUT OF TOWN LANDLORDS

ATTENTION ALL SUDBURY AND OUT OF TOWN LANDLORDS
The Greater Sudbury Landlord Association is a non-profit education to all landlords.   Whether you are an in town Sudbury landlord or an out of the town Sudbury landlord, we are asking you to please join our cause.   Today our President Ray Goblet and Vice President Sherry Jordan were invited by the Landlord Tenant Board to communicate the issues with the system from the landlord’s point of view.   We will be continuing to have conversations and meetings to address the items we would like to see improved, changed or removed all together.   As of January 2021 all meetings will be available to all members via zoom.  The link will be sent to your email and you can join from the safe comforts of your home or come to the Caruso Club, 7pm -830 pm, COVID-19 rules and regulations are implemented.   During COVID-19 we offered free Facebook live meetings, this will not continue for 2021.  Only paid members will be forwarded the link to participate.   The online zooms participants will also be involved in open forum and you will be able to share your stories, ask questions and participate in the meetings from your computer.  Please contact us at greatersudburylandlords@gmail.com for more information.  The cost of the membership is $120.00 annually or $15 per meeting.  We have 1, 2 or sometimes 3 speakers a meeting, including updates that affect our industry and an open forum, so we can hear from our members.  Our list of speakers for 2021 can be found on our website at GSLA.CA We look forward to hearing from you.  Thank you.
